We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and secure manner, in compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our personalized coaching services:
Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, authentication credentials, username, and profile preferences.
Usage & Coaching Data: Interactions with the AI coach, session counts (morning check-ins, evening reflections, coach conversations), and personal progress tracking (reflection notes, gratitude logs, small wins).
Voice Synthesis & Audio: If you use voice interaction features, audio is processed transiently to convert speech to text and analyze clarity or pacing. We do not store raw voice recordings without explicit consent.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network information for crash reporting and optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain personal AI coaching services and session workflows.
To track your self-improvement progress, streaks, and achievements.
To improve our conversational models and algorithmic response quality.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security breaches.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only under strictly governed conditions:
Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Google Cloud) for database hosting, authentication, and secure back-end operations.
Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or government authority to protect rights and safety.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
We retain user profile data and coaching records for as long as your account remains active.
Full Self-Service Deletion: You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated Firestore records at any time through our Account Deletion Page.
Backup Purge Schedule: All database backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
5. Children's Privacy
DailyEdge AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
